Turn your tool crib into an on-demand catalog.

Rebuild, catalog, replace.

Tooling Rescue in three steps: take a proven metal tool and make it something you reorder on demand: a local, low-volume alternative to the imported metal equivalent.

01

Rebuild

We scan and reverse-engineer your existing at-risk metal tool, on site on the Front Range or from the physical tool you mail in, and rebuild it as a composite equivalent, with metal inserts where wear or precision demands.

02

Catalog

Each rebuilt tool is stored with a Key3D part number in your digital locker: an approved, version-controlled file retained for repeat work, ready to reprint.

03

Replace

Reorder on demand or on a scheduled-replenishment program, with disciplined same-part-number pricing. The first build carries a one-time digitization fee; every reorder after that is print-only, priced from the retained file.

Two ways to buy.

Both end the same way: your tool lives in the digital locker for print-only reorders.

Front Range, on-site

We scan the tool on your floor and deliver on the fastest timeline. Working from the physical tool is the advantage a remote-only service bureau cannot match.

Nationwide, Scan-and-Return

We send a prepaid, protective kit. You ship us the original tool. We scan, rebuild, and return the original along with its new composite version, and the part lives in your digital locker for print-only reorders.

Mail-in adds transit

Mail-in adds shipping transit to the total turnaround, separate from the fabrication start we confirm with your quote, so it suits catalog building rather than same-week emergency replacement.

Priced for the reorder, not just the first part.

The first build turns your tool into a digital asset you keep. Every reorder after that is print-only, and that is where the deepest savings live.
