Four clear paths.
One studio.

You do not need to know the material, machine, or production route. Start with the outcome you need and whatever information you already have.

Production tooling

Jigs, fixtures, drill guides, soft jaws, inspection tools, and end-of-arm tooling built for the floor. Metal bushings and inserts stay where precision or wear requires them; company name and tool ID engraving are included.

Scan & reverse engineer

Recover worn, obsolete, or undocumented parts from a physical sample, then reproduce, repair, or improve the geometry.

3D modeling & design

Turn sketches, drawings, measurements, or an idea into controlled CAD and a manufacturable part. Complex geometry does not create the same tooling and machine setup penalties as subtractive work.

Parts & low-volume production

Prototypes, replacement parts, housings, brackets, and reviewed end-use components without dedicated tooling or minimum quantities.

One accountable
process.

From the first engineering review through delivery, the technical decisions, build scope, and approved file stay connected.

Review & scope

We scan or model as needed, confirm the outcome, fit, and risk, select construction, and quote.

Build & inspect

We fabricate, inspect, engrave, and deliver the approved part or tool.

Explore composite 3D printing

Retain & repeat

We archive the approved file for revisions and repeat orders. Existing metal tools can be scanned, rebuilt in composite where appropriate, and cataloged.

Rebuild, catalog & replace

compositewhere it wins.

  • Locating, holding, guiding, and inspecting
  • Complex and conformal geometry
  • Lightweight tooling and end-of-arm tooling
  • Cold, low-force forming aids
  • Low-volume and replacement parts
Matched generic tooling forms shown in black composite and machined metal, with metal locator and wear interfaces on the composite form
Composite can carry the structure. Metal stays at precision and wear interfaces.

Metal where it matters.

  • Hardened cutting and piercing faces
  • High heat and high-tonnage forming
  • Heavy machining loads
  • Severe wear without replaceable inserts
  • Pressure or unqualified safety-critical boundaries

We do not force every job into composite. The engineering review keeps precision, heat, wear, load, environment, and failure consequence in the decision.

Continuous fiberglass reinforcement is available after engineering review. Published Markforged material data using ASTM D3039 reports tensile performance up to 590 MPa in the reinforced test direction; actual part performance depends on fiber routing, orientation, geometry, and load case. It is not steel, and we never say it is.
